Katun releases first global ESG report Katun has released its first global ESG report, which highlights its longstanding commitment to responsible business practices and establishes a global baseline for measuring and advancing its ESG performance. Covering activities from 2025, the report provides an overview of how Katun is

HP pilots agentic AI platform HP Inc. is piloting HP Experience AI, a new agentic AI platform on HP.com that lets customers speak or type what they are looking for and dynamically adapts the web experience to help them research, compare and select the best HP technology for their needs. Traditional websites rely on fixed navigation, search and pre-built pages. HP Experience AI takes a different approach; conversation becomes an input to the broader website. Rather than simply returning search results or a separate chat response, the experience can change what appears on screen as customers describe and refine what they are looking for. Bruce Broussard, Interim CEO, HP Inc said: “AI should change how a company works, not just what it sells. HP Experience AI is one example of how we’re putting that belief into practice, rethinking how customers engage with HP and using AI to create better experiences and greater value over time.” www.hp.com

maintaining ethical operations, and delivering exceptional products and services. Key areas include waste reduction, employee well- being and development, and innovation in sustainable product design. Chenyi Chiu, CEO, Katun said: “Our commitment to ESG has been part of our company’s story for decades. Sustainability strengthens

integrating ESG considerations across its global operations, offering greater visibility into the company’s priorities, initiatives, and

how we create value through better products, responsible choices, and a long-term commitment to our partners and communities.

performance. Grounded in Katun’s product portfolio and mission to deliver customer value, the report establishes a foundation for measuring progress and identifying opportunities to further advance its ESG efforts. Katun’s first global ESG Report highlights its focus on supporting the circular economy,

Ricoh and ETRIA launch new circular manufacturing concept Ricoh and ETRIA have launched Circular New, a manufacturing concept that transforms products already used in the market into assets for future production, turning resource circulation into new product value and to conventional centralised production, Ricoh and ETRIA will establish localised

and designing structures for simple disassembly and replacement.

Building on this design foundation, Circular New combines digital insights into product and component conditions with advanced sorting and quality assurance technologies. This allows Ricoh and ETRIA to go beyond using recycled materials and instead recover and reuse

circular production in Japan and France to create a regional loop of resource and component reuse, further expanding circularity. Ricoh and ETRIA have long worked together to reduce newly sourced material

manufacturing competitiveness. As the first application, the concept will be introduced to Ricoh’s A3 mono MFPs, with localised

resources and components from existing products directly in the latest-generation models. With Circular New, Ricoh and ETRIA aim to establish Evolving Circularity, moving beyond reducing environmental impact to continuously channel recovered resources and components into next-generation product value while advancing manufacturing itself. In its Mid-Term Management Strategy ’26, announced in March 2026, Ricoh set a target

production and launch scheduled in Japan and Europe in the first half of 2027. Compared with conventional centralised production at major manufacturing sites in Asia, localised circular production close to consumption markets is designed to reduce the proportion of newly sourced materials used from approximately 76% to as low as approximately 21%. Customers will receive the same latest-

generation models, with consistent quality, functionality and warranty, regardless of the production method. Circular New integrates product planning, design, manufacturing, use, collection and reuse into a single continuous loop, utilising products already in the market as assets to manufacture new products with added value. In addition

use by incorporating recycled materials, such as recycled plastics and steel. Looking toward future circularity, ETRIA integrates design principles from the planning and development stages, including sharing frames and components across generations and models, extending component lifespans
